A reminder that the HRFC Christmas Lunch and End of Year Prize Draw will be held at the Clubhouse on Sunday 15th December commencing at 12 noon.
The club will be funding the day, and providing the catering, so we really need to have advanced knowledge of the number of members and partners that will be attending so that we can adequately cater for the numbers and try to minimize the wastage.
For that reason, it will be a GREAT HELP if you can let us know if you intend to participate and how many will be in your party.
The best way to let us know your intention will be to simply reply to this email stating your name and the intended total number in your party. You could also include any comments / notes etc. and any special dietary requirements etc. that you or any of your party may have.
You should recall that All Financial Members are in the draw with at least one chance of winning the main prize which is a “Basket of Vouchers” valued at about $1500.00, and the member that has earned the most Bonus Chances (but does not win) will receive the consolation prize (another “Basket of Vouchers”) valued at about $500.00.
So, if you have been doing the right thing and supporting our sponsors but have not yet claimed your bonus tickets, you need to let me know how much you have spent and with what sponsor/s to increase your chances. Bonus tickets have already been assigned to members that have participated in club events such as Meetings, Working Bee, Poker Run, AvSafety Seminar, Flyouts etc. and we will use the responses to this email to assign five Bonus Tickets if you are attending the Christmas Lunch.
