HRFC Monthly meeting is held at the clubhouse on the second Sunday of each month except January (no meeting in January) and in May the meeting comes forward to the first Sunday of each month to avoid a clash with Mother's Day. Meetings start at 11am, run for one hour and are followed by a BBQ lunch.

Visitors are welcome to attend.
