Looking for somewhere to fly?

Wings over Illawarra on 27 & 28 November (next weekend).
Could be difficult operating from YCNK on 28th due to taxiway construction.
If interested in this one let me (Don Ramsay) know as there may be a group from YCNK going down via the incredibly scenic Victor One on Saturday 27th – always weather dependant.

Tocumwal now has a great Cafe and their Aviation Museum
(https://www.tocumwalaviationmuseum.com.au/)
The Murray Border Flying Club  operates from the Terminal Building at Tocumwal.
Tocumwal was a major Airport during WWII
This would need to be an overnighter in Tocumwal
or at Yarrawonga (home of Punkinhead Aircraft covers).

Parkes Aero Club ( http://www.parkesaeroclub.com.au/)
is based at the Parkes Regional Airport (5km east of Parkes).
The airfield is home to their HARS Parkes Aviation Museum.
And Parkes of course is home to “The Dish”.

And that’s just a few that come to mind.
Do you have a Fly-Away would like to see put together?

I’m still dreaming of getting to Cape York/Thursday Is/Horne Is in the Winter of 2022.
