  12 Noon BBQ followed by HRFC General Meeting at 1pm.

  NOTE: At this meeting, a decision is to be made to either keep the new meeting format (BBQ First) or revert to the old format (Meeting First). and to consider and vote on meeting frequency. Strict Covid-19 protocol is to be followed.
